目的探讨早期子宫角妊娠诊断及治疗方法。方法对2007-2009年治疗的子宫角妊娠4例进行临床分析。结果 2例宫角妊娠达孕4~5个月,造成宫角破裂,行剖腹手术治愈;1例B超监测下人流术治愈;1例行药物流产成功。结论早期宫角妊娠的诊断主要依据B超,治疗以手术为主,也可用药流。
Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and treatment of uterine horn pregnancy. Methods Four cases of uterine horn pregnancy treated from 2007 to 2009 were analyzed. Results 2 cases of pregnancy in the palace of pregnancy reached 4 to 5 months of pregnancy, resulting in ruptured palace horns, laparotomy surgery cured; 1 case of B-monitoring of abortion to cure; 1 case of successful medical abortion. Conclusion The diagnosis of early pregnancy based on B-ultrasound, the main treatment for surgery, but also the drug flow.
