1 简况该锅炉额定蒸发量2T/H,饱和蒸汽温度194℃,设计压力1.27MPa,1982年9月出厂。管板材料为16Mng,烟管材料为20号钢。出厂时烟管与管板为胀接连接。使用在制药行业。基本连续运行,只有星期日压火停炉一次。使用压力0.49MPa。1991年5月开始使用高频电场水处理机进行炉外水处理。 1991年7月4日,当地锅炉检验所对其进行停炉内外部检验时发现,锅内大面积结水垢,锅壳内壁垢厚4ram,给水管附近10mm。锅壳内壁有较大面积的点状
