国家未来的发展都寄托在祖国的花朵上,而祖国的花朵指的就是正处于少年时代的小学生们。他们是否得到了健康发育的机会很大程度上取决与其班主任的影响,因为在小学教育中,班主任对学生的世界观、人生观产生最为直接的影响。本文重点研究了当前小学班主任的工作难点,包括班主任对小学班集体建设以及对学生个性化教育的难点,并分析了相应的调适策略,希望对改善我国小学班主任工作提供帮助。
The future development of the country are pinpointed on the flowers of the motherland, while the flower of the motherland refers to the pupils who are in their infancy. Whether or not they get the chance to develop healthily depends largely on the influence of their head teacher, because in primary education, the head teacher has the most direct influence on students’ world view and outlook on life. This article focuses on the work of the current primary school teacher in charge of difficulties, including class teacher collective construction and personal education of students difficulties, and analysis of the appropriate adjustment strategy, hoping to improve the work of our primary school teacher to help.
