作者建立了能在不间断机械通气条件下监测胸肺系统动态压力-容积(PV)环的方法.测量时先连续记录PEEP递增/递减过程中的呼吸流率、压力变化,再经脱机处理即可得出动态压力-容积环.以油酸致RDS犬6只进行验证,结果表明:动态PV环的变化与静态环结果相一致,注入油酸后,充气支出现明显拐点,且由对照0.60±0.04kPa增至5h时1.31±0.19kPa;环的迟滞比由0.35±0.01增至0.45±0.03;环斜率由360.4±20.6降至309.3±33.3ml/kPa,故用本法测定PV环改变可反映RDS不同时期的呼吸力学变化.作者还就如何进一步改进监测方法以用于临床的问题进行了讨论.
