本文介绍一种利用结膜或唇粘膜泪囊隧道成形术的新方法,以治疗陈旧性泪小管断裂。共治疗14例。结膜泪囊隧道成形术9例,显效7例,进步1例,失败1例;唇粘膜泪囊隧道成形术5例,显效4例,进步1例。比较了结膜或唇粘膜二种移植物的优缺点,以唇粘膜泪囊隧道成形术更为简便、实用。
This article describes a new method of using tunnel or lacrimal duct lacrimal tunneling for the treatment of old tear duct ruptures. A total of 14 cases were treated. Conjunctival dacryocystorhinoplasty in 9 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, 1 case of failure, failure in 1 case; 5 cases of lacrimal duct tunnel lacrimal duct surgery, 4 cases markedly improved in 1 case. Compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of graft conjunctiva or lip mucosa, lacrimal sac lacrimal tunnel lipoplasty more simple and practical.
