我院1992—1997年共收治剖宫产术后并发子宫内膜异位症12例,为探讨其病因及预防措施,现分析如下: 一、临床资料 1.症状及体征 12例中最小发病年龄是22岁,最大37岁,孕前均无不孕及痛经史,于剖宫产术后半年至2年发病,大多有经期腹痛,5例呈进行性加重,95％的患者痛经在月经1—3天达高峰。12例中月经过多8例,性交痛2例。体检中发现:子宫增大5例,附件触痛伴囊性包块4例,骶韧带增厚4例,子宫后倾活动受限6例,腹壁疤痕经期增大,压痛呈紫兰色2例。 12例中8例行古典式剖宫产,4例行子宫下段横刀口剖宫产。 2.治疗结果
