民营企业为我国的国民经济的稳定增长做出了重大的贡献,已成为国民经济增长中活跃而重要的力量。但由于种种原因,目前我国民营企业内部治理结构上还存在很多问题,从而导致民企的发展受阻。本文首先介绍民营企业的现状和特点,然后指出民企内控薄弱的原因,最后引出加强民企内控建设的思考。
Private-owned enterprises have made significant contributions to the steady growth of the national economy of our country and have become an active and important force in the growth of the national economy. However, due to various reasons, there are still many problems in the internal governance structure of private enterprises in our country, which hinders the development of private enterprises. This paper first introduces the current situation and characteristics of private-owned enterprises, and then points out the reasons for the weak internal control of private-owned enterprises. Finally, it brings forward the thinking of strengthening internal control of private-owned enterprises.
