目的观察分析腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-α对子宫内膜异位症性不孕患者血清β-EP、TGF-β1、MMP、TIMP及Th1/Th2的影响。方法选取2012年6月~2013年2月进行腹腔镜手术治疗的35例子宫内膜异位症性不孕患者为对照组,同时期采用本院腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-α进行治疗的35例患者设为观察组,将两组患者治疗前后的血清β-EP、TGF-β1、MMP、TIMP及Th1/Th2进行比较。结果观察组治疗后的血清血清β-EP、TGF-β1、MMP、TIMP及Th1/Th2均低于对照组,P均<0.05。结论腹腔镜手术联合GnRH-α对子宫内膜异位症性不孕患者血清β-EP、TGF-β1、MMP、TIMP及Th1/Th2的影响较大。
Objective To observe the effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-α on the serum levels of β-EP, TGF-β1, MMP, TIMP and Th1 / Th2 in patients with endometriosis infertility. Methods 35 cases of endometriosis infertility patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery between June 2012 and February 2013 were selected as control group and 35 cases were treated with laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-α The patients were divided into observation group, serum β-EP, TGF-β1, MMP, TIMP and Th1 / Th2 before and after treatment were compared between two groups. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery combined with GnRH-α has a significant effect on the serum levels of β-EP, TGF-β1, MMP, TIMP and Th1 / Th2 in patients with endometriosis.
