《运输实务与管理》是物流管理专业必修的一门实践性较强的专业核心课。本课程在课程体系设置上面向就业岗位,进行工作任务和职业能力分析,经过充分的市场调研,根据职业能力定位与行业专家共同研讨确定了本课程的课程知识、职业技能以及职业核心能力等目标。学生通过本课程的学习能够掌握不同物流运输方式的基本作业流程与操作技能,能够根据不同的物流运输对象的实际情况选择合适的运输方式及作业方案,并能基于成本与绩效修改优化作业方案,并能组织实施。根据课程面对的工作任务和职业核心能力要求培养学生自我学习、信息处理、与人合作、解决问题等主要职业核心能力。
