【十二日愈】语出10条。是约略之词,不能看成定论,表解一般在七日之间,更加七日,则正气渐复,邪气渐去,所以“十二日愈”。柯韵伯曰:“七日表解后,复过一候,而五脏元气始亢,故十二日精神爽而愈。”【(口父)咀】语出12条桂枝汤方后序。“(口父)”(fǔ)音符。“咀(Jǔ)音举。(口父)咀,是古代的制剂法。古代无铁器,将药用口咬细,如黄豆大小块,入水煎煮,现在多用刀切成饮片。【小促其间】语出第12条桂枝汤方后序。在此是指略缩短服药间隔时间,以续药效,驱邪外出。【其气上冲】语出第15条。指病人自觉胸中有逆气上干之状,为误下所致,这是正气未衰,犹能与欲陷之邪相抗争的现象。成无已
