个性化教学要求尊重学生的学习的情感态度与兴趣爱好,强调学生的个性特点与主体地位,充分发挥学生的潜能与特长,进行主动自觉的学习,它与“因材施教”理念想融合,对于提升学生的英语教学效率具有重要意义。在大学英语教学中,尊重学生的差异性,激发学生学习动机,鼓励学生自主学习,促进个性化教学与学生自主学生的有机融合,是促进英语教学目标实现的有效途径。
