介绍七针钢板打印机打印头的设计 ,并就相应的成字原理进行分析和论述。根据打印头设计的需要 ,进行了驱动气缸的对比实验及冲击实验 .解决了冲击打印痕迹与冲击功的关系 ,提供了一种确定打印机力能参数的简单可行的实验方法。针对打印头的基本结构 ,就相应的七针打印字形、打印针排布形式、字符变形法则等成字原理进行分析 ,为多针钢板打印机字形的设计提供了切实可行的方法。
Introduce the design of the print head of seven-pin steel plate printer, and analyze and discuss the corresponding word-forming principle. According to the requirement of printhead design, the experiment and the experiment of driving cylinder were carried out, the relationship between impulse printing impulse and impact energy was solved, and a simple and feasible experimental method to determine the force and energy parameters of printer was provided. According to the basic structure of the printhead, the corresponding seven-pin printing glyphs, printing pin arrangement, character deformation law and other word-forming principles are analyzed, which provides a practical method for the design of multi-needle plate printer glyphs.
