以丝瓜(Luffa)乙醇提取物及各不同溶剂萃取物为试材,采用菌丝生长速率法,研究丝瓜乙醇提取物及各不同溶剂萃取物对10种植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:在浓度为5.00×103 mg/L时,丝瓜乙醇提取物对苹果炭疽菌、青霉菌、苹果轮纹菌和棉花枯萎菌的抑菌作用较好,分别为73.5%、72.2%、66.8%和61.1%;丝瓜乙醇提取物不同溶剂萃取物中,石油醚层和乙酸乙酯层对苹果炭疽菌和青霉菌的抑菌活性较高,石油醚萃取层对苹果炭疽菌和青霉菌的EC50值分别为3.2×103 mg/L和3.9×103 mg/L,乙酸乙酯萃取层对苹果炭疽菌和青霉菌的EC50值分别为1.2×103 mg/L和2.1×103 mg/L。
