JZ型砼搅拌机拌筒的滚道是影响整机寿命及可靠性的重要部件。因其设置的方式不同,对维修的方便与否有着密切的关系。从目前已投放到市场的JZ型砼搅拌机来看,其拌筒滚道的设置大致可分为如下三类: 第一类的滚道如图1 a所示。拌筒两端滚道均由钢板卷制成形后与拌筒焊接,然后将滚道外表面连同拌筒一起进行加工。大齿圈是单独加工后再套装在左侧滚道上,靠沉头螺钉与拌筒联接。这一类的滚道由于采用了不可拆的焊接联接,一旦滚道磨损,维修更换极为困难。
The raceway of the JZ type skimmer mixer is an important component that affects the life and reliability of the whole machine. Because of the different ways it is set up, there is a close relationship between the convenience of maintenance. From the point of view of the JZ type sagger mixer currently put on the market, the setting of the mixing roller race can be roughly classified into the following three categories: The first type of raceway is shown in Fig. 1a. The raceway at both ends of the mixing bowl is made of steel plate and welded to the mixing bowl. The outer surface of the raceway is then processed together with the mixing bowl. The ring gear is separately processed and then set on the left side raceway, and is connected with the countersunk head screw and the mixing cylinder. Due to the use of non-detachable welded joints, this type of raceway is extremely difficult to repair and replace once the raceway is worn.
