一、前言自从八十年代初,我省水土保持机构恢复以后,各级试验站进行了多年的径流小区试验观测,积累了大量的径流泥沙资料。数以万计的资料不仅给保存和管理带来不便,也使对有用信息的撷取变得既劳神又费力,且容易出现差错。随着电子计算机的不断普及和应用软件的开发,资料的管理实现现代化早已成为现实,尤其是八十年代中期推出的汉字dBASEⅢ,在资料和日常事务管理中发挥了巨大的作用。作者撰写本文的目的在于将这一软件介绍给同行,这对于已经积累了大量径流泥沙资料的我省各水保站来说,不仅可以将成麻袋的资料变成一张薄薄 I.
