玄参科(Scrophulariaceae)洋地黃属(Digitalis)植物約有35种,主要分布于中欧及地中海沿岸,多具有強心作用,自古以来就用于临床治疗心脏疾患,是一种重要的強心药物。最常用的品种有两种,卽紫花洋地黃(Digitalis purpurea L.)及毛花洋地黃(Digitalis lanataEhrh.)。这两种植物国內均已有栽培,其干燥叶供药用。洋地黃叶中所含有效成分为強心甙,种类很复杂,至今已經分出有30余种成分。竹本常松等及Stoll对洋地黄成分的化学作了比較詳細的綜述。
There are about 35 species of Digitalis in the Scrophulariaceae family, which are mainly distributed in Central Europe and the Mediterranean coast. They have strong cardiac functions and have been used for clinical treatment of heart disease since ancient times. It is an important cardiotonic drug. The most commonly used species are two species, Digitalis purpurea L. and Digitalis lanata Ehrh. Both of these plants have been cultivated in China, and their dry leaves are used for medicinal purposes. The active ingredients contained in digitalis leaves are strong heart palpitations, and the types are complex. So far, more than 30 components have been separated. Takemoto Matsumoto et al. and Stoll made a detailed review of the chemical composition of digitalis.
