●宁波当前经济发展符合结构性调整时期经济增长的基本理论。在正视矛盾的同时,不能因为现在出现了一些困难就怀疑或否定既定的经济工作思路。●今年宁波经济发展的基本条件没有改变,以创新为主要内容的内在动力正处于加速上升阶段。●与国家宏观调控难度增大一样,地方政府同样面临着政府调控复杂性的问题,政策平衡点的把握难度也在增加。●宁波产业结构优化调整任务仍然艰巨,要有勇于取舍、熬过阵痛的决心和信心,着眼健康可持续发展。●没有过去几年对工业转型发展、创新发展的重视和大力推动,现在工业将面临更大的困难。当前重视工业发展,就要更加坚定工业转型发展、创新发展的思路,大力实施“工业创新创业培增计划”。●大力发展服务业的决策是正确并富有成效的。宁波服务业的需求不但来自本市,而且来自长三角乃至全国,要从更大区域、更广市场来看待。●提振各方面的发展信心,对宁波今后发展具有重要意义。
