患者,男,36岁,农村医生,住院号43713。因四肢无力15小时于1986年6月7日下午5时入院。患者于住院前4日参加田间除草,劳动量较平日稍增加,觉疲倦。住院前1日晚饭后疲倦感加重而睡觉,至凌晨2时四肢无力而不能起床,视力及说话正常,无排尿障碍。家庭中无同样病人。 入院时检查体温、脉博、呼吸、血压均正常。神清,说话清楚,被动体位,除内斜视外五观检查未发现异常。,颈软、甲状腺不大。心肺(—)、肝脾未触及,双
