校本质量评价标准构建,既是现代经济社会发展对高职院校教育创新提出的新要求,也是自身改革发展的必由之路。而在“新要求”与“必由之路”的对接与融汇中,不仅反映了教育质量对当代高职院校科学发展的至关意义,还表象了高职院校质量建设的新趋势。本文以此引远,力图在社会视野解读高职院校校本质量评价标准蕴义的过程中,对高职院校校本质量评价标准构建基础进行深层透析,对最具边界意义和学科意义的主要元素进行立体展现,并提出具有可行性与可操作性的构建路径与方略。
The construction of the school-based quality evaluation standard is not only the new requirement of modern economic and social development for the innovation of higher vocational education, but also the only way for its own reform and development. In the connection and integration of “new requirement ” and “the only way”, it not only reflects the significance of educational quality to the scientific development of contemporary vocational colleges but also the new quality of higher vocational colleges trend. Based on this, this paper attempts to deeply analyze the construction of evaluation criteria of school-based quality in higher vocational colleges in the process of interpreting the evaluation of school-based quality in higher vocational colleges in the social field of vision. Elements of three-dimensional display, and put forward the feasibility and operability of the construction path and strategy.
