建筑业长久以来被认为是一个特别的行业 ,生产过程中存在的许多问题也被认为难以避免。其实 ,换一个角度重新思考 ,这些问题也折射出我们对建筑业生产活动本质认识上的不足。本文提出从材料和信息流动的过程重新认识建筑业的生产过程 ,提高流动过程的沟通和效率 ,减少不必要的浪费 ,增加建筑业的产出和顾客满意度。
The construction industry has long been regarded as a special industry, and many problems in the production process are considered to be unavoidable. In fact, from a different perspective, these problems also reflect our inadequate understanding of the nature of the construction industry’s production activities. This paper proposes to re-understand the production process of the construction industry from the process of material and information flow, improve the communication and efficiency of the flow process, reduce unnecessary waste, increase the output of the construction industry and customer satisfaction.
