建安企业异地生产经营是其最显著的特点,受制于传统管理模式的影响,管理者对异地经营财的务风险不够重视,这种认识是片面的。建安企业异地施工,由于空间距离拉大,不但使管控增加了难度,而且在天时、地利、人和方面不占优势,面临的财务风险将大大提升。本文对建安企业异地施工的财务风险进行了分析,并提出了有效的防范控制办法以便把风险降至最低。
