知识服务以用户为中心,重视用户需求分析,并致力于帮助用户找到解决问题的方案。将知识服务的思想应用于高校信息素质教育课程建设,以满足知识需求为中心,构建基于分层知识需求的模块化教学模式,通过建设知识单元库,创新知识服务模式,开展知识教育评价,调动知识提供者和学习者的主观能动性,提高信息素质教育课程的教学质量和教学效果,更好地实现信息素质教育课程的知识教育价值增值和创新。
Knowledge services to user-centric, emphasis on user needs analysis, and is committed to helping users find solutions to the problem. Applying the idea of knowledge service in the construction of information literacy education in colleges and universities, we should build a modular teaching model based on the knowledge demand of different levels, build a knowledge-based library, innovate knowledge service mode, carry out evaluation and mobilization of knowledge education Knowledge providers and learners’ subjective initiative, improve the teaching quality and teaching effect of information literacy education, and better realize the value added and innovation of knowledge education of information literacy education.
