随着改革开放的不断加深,我国社会主义的建设获得了巨大的成绩,同时,社会的急剧发展变化也产生了许多深层次社会矛盾。如何把中国特色社会主义进一步推向前进,如何解决我国社会现存矛盾和问题,是我国建设富强、民主、文明、和谐的社会主义国家有重大问题。其中,依法治国的根本道路是建设我国社会主义核心价值体系的必由之路,它们之间的关系问题是我们最现实的问题,是处理好党、国家与人民群众关系的重大课题,更是实现国家富强、民主、文明、和谐的首要价值目标。
