本文在调查、分析和总结国内使用的专用机械手的优缺点的基础上,将“组合”的概念应用到工业机械手的研制和使用上来。通过采用功能化原理进行组合的原则,由一些功能部件作为模块单元进行组合,形成一种既能满足使用上的专用性要求,又能实现设计上的通用化、标准化和系列化的组合式工业机械手。文章具体介绍简易型组合式工业机械手的组合原则、特点及各种结构形式等。图2幅。
On the basis of investigating, analyzing and summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of the special manipulators used domestically, this paper applies the concept of “combination” to the research and application of industrial manipulator. Through the principle of combining functional principles, some functional components are combined as module units to form a combined industry that can meet the special requirements of use while realizing the commonality, standardization and serialization of design Robot.
