成渝经济区以成都和重庆两个特大城市为核心,涵盖了四川和重庆主要的城市群和产业聚集区。为促使成渝经济区建设上升为国家战略,并纳入国家“十二五”规划,遵照省委指示,省政协专门成立调研组,组织有关专家分专题进行调查研究,在此基础上,形成了《推进成渝经济区建设研究报告》。报告博采众长,内容翔实、观点鲜明,为国家制定成渝经济区发展规划提供了有益的参考。为了让读者了解成渝经济区建设这一重大战略部署,本刊特对报告予以解读。
Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, with two mega-cities in Chengdu and Chongqing as the core, covers major urban agglomerations and industrial agglomerations in Sichuan and Chongqing. In order to promote the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone as a national strategy and incorporate it into the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” and follow the instructions of the provincial party committee, the Provincial CPPCC specially set up a research team to organize the relevant experts to carry out investigations and studies. On this basis, Formed a “Research Report on Promoting the Construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone.” The report is widely accepted, informative and clear-cut point of view, which provides a useful reference for the formulation of the development plan for the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone. In order to let the readers know about the major strategic plan for the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone, we hereby give special consideration to the report.
