于2000年8月至10月采用活菌平板计数法研究爱迪康101微生物制剂对养殖环境弧菌的影响。分实验室条件和天然池两大部分,并设立不同底质,不同使用浓度等组,结果表明101制剂对弧菌有一定的控制作用。弱光时对沙质底的水体效果好,而强光时对泥质底的水体效果要好;制剂最佳使用浓度为(3～5)×10~(-6)。天然池表明101制剂对高位池的水体效果较好,而对底质中的微生物控制效果不显著。
In August 2000 to October using live bacteria plate count method to study the impact of Edict 101 microorganisms on the culture environment Vibrio. Sub-laboratory conditions and two parts of the natural pool, and the establishment of different sediments, different concentrations and other groups, the results show that the preparation of 101 Vibrio has a certain degree of control. The effect of weak light on the water body of sandy bottom is good, but the light body is better on the water body of mud bottom. The best concentration of the preparation is (3 ~ 5) × 10 ~ (-6). The natural pool shows that the preparation of 101 has a better effect on the water in the upper pool and has no significant effect on the microbial control in the sediment.
