平政发[2007]84号2007年6月8日各县(区)人民政府,市直各部门,中央、省驻平各单位:为了进一步强化政府调控职能,加强税源控管,保障税收收入,促进全市经济社会又好又快发展,依据《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》及其《实施细则》和有关法规政策规定,结合我市实际,现就加强全市综合治税工作提出如下意见:
