近年来用吡啶偶氮类显色剂比色测定微量钴的报导较多,但至今未见用1.4双肼酞嗪(简称DHPH)的报导,文献报导DHPH可作某些金属离子配位体,我们在此基础上研究了Co(Ⅱ)一DHPH络合物形成条件及应用于光度法测定微量钴的可能性。实验表明,在阳离子型表面活性剂CTMAB存在下,控制PH7~9时形成水溶性的紫红色络合物,最大吸收在510nm,其组成比为1:1,不稳定常数为2.1×10_(-5)摩尔吸光系数为2.2×10_4L·mol_(-1)钴含量在5~45ug/25ml范围内符合比耳定律,用于某些药物中钴的测定,结果较为满意。
