俄罗斯联邦的古比雪夫铁路局对技术革新和创造发明的工作一直比较重视 ,文中介绍了该局所属厂、段及其与有关科研部门合作研制的一些机车零部件技术状态检测、检修设备 ,其中有 :镟轮装置、涡轮增压器技术状态检测装置、滑动轴承径向间隙测量装置、尖端辗堆消除装置、制动阀零件研磨装置、移动式压缩空气加热器、КПД 3型速度计所需电流测定装置、砂斗充砂软管管接头、轮对牵引电动机组诊断装置、活塞积炭清除装置、电子式爆发压力机的测压器、柴油机 发电机组功率测定装置、КВЛ ДТ型电算化试验车等。文内简要叙述了这些装置的结构、技术参数 ,并附有示意图
