笔者从北京市农林科学院获悉,基于农业部办公厅印发的“农作物品种DNA身份鉴定体系构建实施方案”文件安排,该院研究玉米中心作为“玉米品种DNA身份鉴定体系构建”项目牵头单位,于8月27日组织了项目启动会。启动会特邀请了农业部种子管理局吴晓玲副局长,全国农业技术推广服务中心周泽宇处长,农业部科技发展中心周云龙副主任到会指导工作。该院党委书记高华、院长助理王之岭参加了本次会
