乘着十六大的浩荡东风,踏着创新的昂扬旋律,我们迎来了2003年。在这新年钟声敲响之际,本刊同仁满怀激情地向广大读者致以节日的祝福！过去的一年,让中国人振奋情怀,也让我们财政人拥有写不尽的精彩。政策稳,人心定,经济社会发展预期目标如期实现,经济总量迈上一个新台阶。我国赢得了2010年世界博览会的主办权。党的十六大的胜利召开,极大的激发了全国各族人民全面建设小康社会的热情,对创造我们的幸福生活和美好未来充满了信心。自治区财政改革迈出了更加坚实的步伐,财政收实现了大幅度增长,有力地支持了经济建设和社会各项事业的发展。
Taking the mighty Dongfeng of the 16th National Congress and marching on the high-spirited melody of innovation, we have ushered in 2003. On the occasion of the bell ringing for this New Year, my colleagues in the magazine passionately extend holiday greetings to our readers! The past year has inspired the Chinese people and given us financial leaders endless opportunities to write. Policy stability, determination of the people, economic and social development expected target achieved on schedule, the economic aggregate to a new level. My country won the right to host the 2010 World’s Fair. The victory of the 16th CPC National Congress has greatly inspired the enthusiasm of people of all ethnic groups in building an overall well-to-do society and full of confidence in creating a happy life and a bright future. The financial reform in the autonomous region has taken a more solid pace and the current fiscal revenue has risen sharply, effectively supporting the economic construction and the development of various social undertakings.
