一、前言在航空发动机主轴承腔中,采用金属涨圈接触式密封装置,用来将轴承腔与空气流路或燃气流路隔开,防止高温气体漏入轴承腔焦化滑油与烧坏轴承,并防止滑油漏到高温气体流路中。密封装置前的气体介质压力通常为0.4~1.8巴,介质温度为室温~400℃,主密封介面的滑动速度可达60~120米/秒。为了提高密封效果,一般将2~3道涨圈串联使用,并与篦齿密封组合为复合式密封装置,如图1所示。
