在科技期刊编辑工作中,由于校对原因导致的刊物编排格式的不统一和有时出现的显眼大错是最令编辑伤脑筋的。《吉林冶金》在改进校对工作中逐渐形成的分类校对法,对解决这些问题颇为有效。下面简单介绍一下,供编辑同行参考。 1.分类校对法分类校对法是根据刊物中各部分在内容和编排格式上的不同进行合理分类,按类分别集中校对的方法。如对一般技术刊物可将其分为书眉、文章题名(包括作者名及其单位)、内容提要、各级标题、图、表、参考文献等若干类,再一类一类地校对。校对某一类时,对其他类内容可暂时不加注意。
