本文报道了梅树木质部液中细胞分裂素(玉米素)和赤霉素的变化与花芽生理分化的关系,指出不同时期赤霉素对花芽生理分化的作用不同。木质部液中细胞分裂素和赤霉素平衡对花芽生理分化的作用有序列性。
This paper reports the relationship between the changes of cytokinin (zeatin) and gibberellin in the xylem liquid of plum and the physiological differentiation of flower buds, and points out that the effect of gibberellin on flower bud differentiation is different at different periods. The role of cytokinin and gibberellin balance in the xylem fluid on the physiological differentiation of floral buds is sequential.
