目的 :探讨运动单位数目测定 ( MUNE)的影响因素。方法 :应用 Nicolet的 Viking IV型肌电图仪中的“统计学方法 "对 85例健康人的趾短伸肌、鱼际肌和小鱼际肌进行测定。记录和刺激电极均为表面电极。结果 :结果显示 ,<60岁时 ,运动单位 ( MU)数与年龄、性别和左右侧无关 ;>60岁时 ,MU数显著减少 ,且小鱼际肌 MU数目的减少程度显著小于鱼际肌和趾短伸肌 ,而后两者之间无显著差异。结论 :MUNE值受年龄、肌肉及所用方法的影响 ,因此建立实验室自己的正常数据必不可少。
Objective: To investigate the influencing factors of the number of motor units (MUNE). Methods: Nicolet’s Viking IV electromyograph was used to measure the extensor digitorum longus, turbinate and hypothenar muscles in 85 healthy subjects. The recording and stimulation electrodes are surface electrodes. RESULTS: The number of motor units (MU) was not related to age, sex and left and right sides at <60 years of age; the number of MU was significantly reduced at> 60 years of age and the reduction in MU was significantly less And extensor digitorum longus, and then there was no significant difference between the two. Conclusion: MUNE values are influenced by age, muscle, and method used, so establishing your own laboratory’s normal data is essential.
