1病例报告患者男,56岁,因发现会阴部肿物1年。于2013-06-20就诊唐山市工人医院,以会阴部肿物待查收住院治疗。患者1年前偶然发现会阴部肿物,初为栗子大小,后逐渐增大至拳头大小,无尿频、尿急、尿痛、尿血及腹痛、腹胀、便秘和便血等症状。既往体健,否认肝炎和结核等传染病史,无外伤及手术史。临床查体发现会阴部皮下肿物,约拳头大小,质地硬韧,边界清楚,皮肤
A case report of male patient, 56 years old, because of perineal tumor found for 1 year. 2013-06-20 Visit Tangshan Workers’ Hospital, to be treated perineal mass to be admitted to hospital.
