通过实验考查了升温速度、保温时间和循环加热对快凝Ni74Si10B16j非晶合金淬态样与热处理样电阻温度特性的影响,并采用Nagel推广的液态金属Ziman理论对此进行了分析,得到了中低温长时间热处理将改善非晶合金电阻热稳定性的初步结论。
The effects of heating rate, holding time and circulating heating on the temperature characteristics of the quenched and heat treated samples of fast-solidified Ni74Si10B16j amorphous alloy were investigated experimentally. The Ziman theory of liquid metal promoted by Nagel was used to analyze the results. Prolonged heat treatment will improve the amorphous alloy resistance thermal stability of the preliminary conclusions.
