高校不断扩招给高职院校学生的就业带来了严重的压力,加强高职学生就业能力培养,已成为高等职业教育面对的严峻课题。文章在辨析就业能力概念及构成要素的基础上,对我国高职学生就业竞争能力不足和形成原因作以分析,并围绕培养高职学生就业能力的路径与具体方略进行了探讨。
The continuous expansion of enrollment in universities has brought severe pressure on the employment of students in higher vocational colleges. Strengthening the employment of vocational students has become a serious issue facing higher vocational education. Based on the analysis of the concept and components of employability, this paper analyzes the insufficiency and causes of the employment competitiveness of students in higher vocational colleges in our country and probes into the ways and methods of training the employment of higher vocational students.
