目的 :探讨鼻咽癌 (NPC)中nm2 3-H1和CD4 4的表达及其与临床的关系。方法 :收集NPC蜡块标本 ,应用免疫组化LSAB法 ,检测nm2 3-H1和CD4 4基因蛋白的表达 ,其中前者 48例 ,后者 40例 ,37例同时进行了上述两种检测 ,将两种基因蛋白表达结果与其临床的关系进行研究分析。结果 :nm2 3-H1阳性表达率 6 0 42 % ,其与颈淋巴结转移无关 ,但与转移之颈淋巴结大小有关 ;nm2 3-H1的表达与放疗后鼻咽局部复发无关 ,但表达阳性组远处转移率低于表达阴性组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并且表达阳性组存活率高于表达阴性组 (P =0 0 0 0 6 7)。CD4 4阳性表达率42 5 % ,与NPC临床情况无相关性。在NPC中 ,nm2 3-H1和CD4 4的表达无相关关系 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :nm2 3-H1可作为判断NPC远处转移和预后的重要指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of nm23-H1 and CD4 4 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and their clinical significance. Methods: NPC specimens were collected and immunohistochemical LSAB method was used to detect the expression of nm23 3-H1 and CD4 4 genes. Among them, the former 48 cases, the latter 40 cases and the 37 cases both tested at the same time, The results of gene protein expression and its clinical relationship were analyzed. Results: The positive expression rate of nm23 3-H1 was 60 42%, which was not related to cervical lymph node metastasis, but related to the size of cervical lymph node metastasis. The expression of nm23 3-H1 was not related to local nasopharyngeal recurrence after radiotherapy, but the positive expression was far The metastasis rate was lower than that in the negative group (P <0.05), and the survival rate in the positive group was higher than that in the negative group (P = 0.00007). The positive rate of CD4 4 was 42.5%, which was not related to the clinical status of NPC. There was no correlation between the expression of nm23-H1 and CD4 4 in NPC (P> 0.05). Conclusion: nm2 3-H1 can be used as an important index to judge the distant metastasis and prognosis of NPC.
