观察滞育三带喙库蚊(Culex tritaeniorhynchus)和淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)脂肪累积动态和冬季耐寒表现,以二者发育蚊作对照。结果雌蚊羽化时脂肪含鼓均甚微,糖水喂饲5天后上升明显,尤以滞育淡色库蚊最甚,呈直线上升,从0.04mg增至20日龄时的0.40mg发育淡色库蚊其次。三带喙库蚊滞育蚊和发育蚊不仅积累少而且无明显差异。耐寒性表现也以滞育淡色库蚊最强。150天累计存活率三带喙库蚊仅为16.54%,滞育淡色库蚊高达85.98%。当室外水缸中温度较低(0℃左右)情况下,滞育三带喙库蚊在80天内全部死亡,滞育淡色库蚊尚存活69.52%,从而表明淡色库蚊可滞育越冬,三带喙库蚊可能性小。
The accumulation of fat and the cold tolerance in winter of Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Culex pipiens pallens were observed. Results The fecundity of females during the feathering was insignificant. The sugar water rose significantly after 5 days of feeding, especially in the diapause of Culex pipiens pallens, which increased linearly from 0.04mg to 0.40mg at 20 days. Second. Three Culex trituberculatus diapause mosquitoes and developmental mosquitoes not only accumulated less but no significant difference. Hardiness performance is also the diapause of Culex pipiens most strongly. The 150-day cumulative survival rate of Culex tritaeniorhynchus was only 16.54%, and diapause Culex pipiens pallens reached 85.98%. When the temperature in the outdoor water tank was low (about 0 ℃), the diapause Culex tritaeniorhynchus died in 80 days and the diapause of Culex pipiens pallens survived 69.52% Culex tritaeniorhynchus is less likely.
