目前在轮胎工业中应用新型原材料是改善和提高轮胎性能的重要手段之一,其中应用功能材料是这一领域研究的前沿和重要课题。该文研究了烷氧基硅烷功能聚合物的合成及其在改善轮胎性能中的作用。实验结果表明,在脱溶剂之前中和聚合物溶液或加入空间位阻醇可控制烷氧基硅氧烷功能聚合物的粘度,使其粘度的增加最小化。烷氧基硅氧烷功能聚合物在轮胎中的应用,可减小轮胎的滚动阻力以及改善和提高轮胎的耐磨性,滚动阻力降低了7%,耐磨性提高了20%。
At present, the application of new raw materials in the tire industry is one of the important means to improve and enhance the tire performance. The application of functional materials is the forefront and important topic in this field. This article studies the synthesis of alkoxysilane functional polymers and their role in improving tire performance. Experimental results show that neutralizing the polymer solution or adding a sterically hindered alcohol before removing the solvent can control the viscosity of the alkoxysiloxane functional polymer to minimize its increase in viscosity. The use of alkoxysiloxane functional polymers in tires reduces the tire’s rolling resistance and improves and enhances the tire’s wear resistance with a 7% reduction in rolling resistance and a 20% increase in wear resistance.
