介绍了用中间基减渣和石蜡基减渣研制中、高档防水材料用沥青的试验过程。在研制中档防水材料用沥青时,对单一原料与复配原料、非催化氧化与催化氧化产品进行了对比。并指出:采用复配原料及催化氧化工艺,可制得优质中档防水材料用沥青。在研制高档防水材料用沥青时,先将基础沥青进行催化氧化改性,然后再加入高聚物SBS改性。试验表明,这种工艺与国内同类技术相比,在防水卷材达到同等耐热度和柔度指标时,能降低SBS加入量百分之二十以上。
Introduced the use of intermediate residue and paraffin slag reduction in the development of high-grade water-proof material with bitumen test process. In the development of mid-range bitumen waterproofing materials, the single raw materials and compound raw materials, non-catalytic oxidation and catalytic oxidation products were compared. And pointed out: the use of compound raw materials and catalytic oxidation process, can be made of high-grade mid-range waterproof material with asphalt. In the development of high-grade waterproof material with asphalt, the first base of the catalytic oxidation of modified asphalt, and then add polymer SBS modified. Tests show that this technology compared with similar domestic technology, waterproofing membrane to achieve the same heat resistance and flexibility indicators, can reduce the amount of SBS added more than 20 percent.
