本文分析讨论了刚性转子在软支承动平衡机上阻尼作用不可忽视时的运动方程,强调指出构成左右支承面输出的转子平动分量和转动分量可以因机械振动系统结构参数与平衡转速的不相适应而在工作区不具有相同的相频特性,从而导致整个系统解算特性的恶化。本文在讨论用改变结构参数的方法以改善系统解算特性的同时,提出了一种新的通用的以校正转动分量相对于平动分量的相位为基础的解算方法。
This paper analyzes and discusses the equations of motion of the rigid rotor when the damping of the soft-support dynamic balancing machine can not be neglected. It is emphasized that the translational and rotational components of the rotor which form the left and right bearing surfaces can not be matched by the structural parameters of the mechanical vibration system and the balancing speed While in the work area does not have the same phase frequency characteristics, resulting in the degradation of the entire system solution characteristics. While discussing the method of changing the structural parameters to improve the performance of the system, a new and general solution to the problem of correcting the phase of the rotational component relative to the translational component is proposed.
