被告人黄纪诚,男,65岁,捕前系北京市政协副主席、市政府顾问。 1996年11月13日,最高人民检察院、北京市人民检察院对被告人黄纪诚受贿案立案侦查。1996年12月30日侦查终结,交北京市人民检察院分院审查起诉。1997年3月10日北京市人民检察院分院向北京市第一中级人民法院提起公诉。起诉书认定案件事实如下:
Defendant Huang Jicheng, male, 65 years old, arrested before the Beijing Municipal CPPCC Vice Chairman of the municipal government consultants. On November 13, 1996, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate and the Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate filed a case investigation on the bribery case of defendant Huang Jicheng. December 30, 1996 the end of the investigation, submitted to the Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate Branch of the prosecution. On March 10, 1997, the Beijing Municipal People’s Procuratorate Branch filed a public prosecution in Beijing No. 1 Intermediate People’s Court. The indictment finds the facts of the case as follows:
