采用内镜下结扎技术急诊或择期治疗肝硬化食管静脉曲张破裂出血２０例，结扎４１次，每例２～３次，每隔２周１次。每次结扎８～１４点，共结扎４２３个点，平均每例为２１．２点。结果表明：急诊止血率为１００％，该组无１例发生严重并发症，随访１～６月均未发生与结扎直接有关的复发性出血。认为：内镜下结扎治疗是治疗和预防食管静脉曲张破裂出血的的理想方法，具有简单易行，创伤轻微，疗效确切，安全可靠等优点。 Endoscopic ligation of emergency or elective treatment of cirrhosis of the esophageal variceal bleeding in 20 cases, ligation 41 times, 2 to 3 times a case, once every 2 weeks. Each ligation 8 to 14 points, a total of 423 points ligation, an average of 21.2 points per case. The results showed that the rate of emergency hemostasis was 100%. No severe complications occurred in 1 patient in this group. No recurrent hemorrhage was found in the follow-up from 1 to 6 months. It is concluded that endoscopic ligation is an ideal method for the treatment and prevention of esophageal variceal bleeding, with the advantages of simple and easy operation, slight trauma, exact curative effect, safety and reliability.
