四快速加热表面淬火零件的质量在高温溶液中,快速加热淬火後的零件,可以得到与火熖淬火或高週波淬火相似的结果。因此其质量是比较好的;尤其比透烧加热良好。它具有下列优点: (1)快速加热僅使表面较薄的一层组织转变,因而淬火後,其变态应力是较小的;这样就避免了零件的开裂及变形等现象。 (2)快速加热的时间很短,因而无过热的危险。而且由於急剧加热的结果,使鋼料之变態点昇高,故淬火後之零件硬化层皆为极细之麻顿赛體。 (3)零件淬火后,表面光洁,呈银灰色,无氧
QUICK HEATING QUALITY OF SURFACE QUENCHING PARTS In high temperature solutions, rapid heating of the quenched parts gives similar results as quenching or high-frequency quenching. So its quality is better; especially better than through firing heat well.
