思想政治工作是国有企业的传家宝。当前,国有企业所处的社会环境、经营环境发生了很大的变化,职工的思想观念相互碰撞,思想活动呈现出独立性、选择性、多变性、差异性。只有深入细致地做好思想政治工作,才能吸引广大职工听党话、跟党走,才能确保党的路线方针政策在国有企业贯彻执行。为此,加强和改进思想政治工作的重要性、紧迫性更加凸显。
Ideological and political work is the heirloom of state-owned enterprises. At present, the social environment and business environment in which state-owned enterprises are located have undergone great changes. The ideological concepts of workers have collided with each other, and their ideological activities have shown their independence, selectivity, variety and diversity. Only when ideological and political work is thoroughly and meticulously carried out can we attract the vast numbers of workers and staff members to listen to party talk and walk with the party so as to ensure that the party’s line, principles, and policies are implemented in state-owned enterprises. Therefore, the urgency of strengthening and improving ideological and political work is even more prominent.
