传统产业曾是宁波国民经济和社会发展的重要支柱。随着智能制造时代的到来,传统产业因为规模小、技术含量低、缺乏核心竞争力面临严重的挑战,因此,传统产业转型升级、重塑辉煌是一个重大的课题。本文从分析宁波传统产业现状着手,指出传统产业面临困境的原因,并据此提出传统产业转型升级必须实现产品转向服务型、设备实现智能化;产品实现个性化、人员资源简配化;建设智能协作网、以互联网思维运作;政府引导产业集群、试行共享经济模式的发展对策。
Traditional industries were once an important pillar of Ningbo’s national economy and social development. With the advent of the era of intelligent manufacturing, traditional industries face serious challenges because of their small size, low technical content and lack of core competitiveness. Therefore, the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the reshape of glory are a major issue. Based on the analysis of the status quo of traditional industries in Ningbo, the paper points out the reasons why traditional industries are facing difficulties and put forward that the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries must realize the transformation of products into service-oriented ones with intelligent equipment; personalization of products and simplification of personnel resources; Collaboration network to the Internet thinking operation; Government to guide industrial clusters, try to develop a shared economic model of development.
