辨别信息真伪是现代社会公民收集处理浩瀚信息的必备技能。《全美社会科课程标准》中提出了掌握获取信息、组织和运用信息两大基本技能的内容框架,框架中的基本技能细化成了94条具体可操作的技能,并规定了每个年段要求达到的水平。社会科教材中呈现了确定信息来源的可信性和评价信息的准确性两项技能的内容。每项技能都有明确清晰的操作步骤,以便学生掌握这种技能方法应对不同信息的处理。美国社会科信息技能的内容框架和培养形式值得我国借鉴。
Identifying the authenticity of information is an essential skill for modern social citizens to gather and process vast information. The National Social Curriculum Standards put forward a content framework that masters the two basic skills of acquiring information, organizing and using information. The basic skills in the framework are refined into 94 specific and operational skills and stipulate the requirements for each year Reached level. Social science textbooks present the content of two skills that determine the credibility of the source of information and the accuracy of the evaluation information. Each skill has a clear and clear steps, so that students master this skill approach to deal with different information. The content framework and training forms of American social science information skills deserve our country’s reference.
