松下 NV-M 系列摄像机的机械传动机构大致相同,使用一段时间后,特别是使用频率较高的机器,容易出现的故障现象有:磁带适应性较差:录制的图像画面抖动;图像画面出现不规则 S 形干扰;机内发出“喀喀”声,严重时还通过话筒进入同期声录音,形成噪音干扰。笔者通过对上述故障的维修处理以后,发现造成故障的主要原因有两种:一是皮带松驰,皮带松驰后造成传动力矩减小,当长时间使用录像机时,皮带出现打滑现象,使机械动作不能到位,微处理器CPU 检测不到相应信息而自动保护关机;二是鼓轴润滑脂干涸,机器使用一段时间后,润滑脂容易干涸,造成磁鼓旋转时阻力增大,磁鼓转速不稳造成磁迹不规则,还将造成磁鼓噪音,破坏录制图像的画面效果。
